For many consumers and indeed event organisers the quality and safety of the food is as important as how good the food tastes.
To us, food quality begins at the source whether that’s on the farm or at the bakery and where possible, sourced locally to help the environment and reduce our carbon footprint.
All our ingredients have to meet with our exacting standards; transportation, preparation and delivery all undergo regular assessment.
All employees are trained to minimum level of NVQ 1 & 2 under the supervision of NCASS.
